With the Curtis Auto-Fill program, your tank level is monitored with a computerized system that helps ensure a continuous supply of fuel. At Curtis, we offer a budget payment plan where payments are smoothed out over eleven months.  We utilize the gallons you consumed and product pricing to determine your payment.

In addition, all Curtis customers, whether a budget account or standard account, receive a competitive rate interest if the account has a credit balance.  The interest is compounded annually but is posted to your account monthly.   You may put up to $5000.00 in your account.  We have many customers taking advantage of our interest bearing account.

24-hour emergency service is available 365 days a year.

Fuel Delivery

Auto-fill is designed to take the burden of watching your fuel level away from you and putting it on us. Auto-fill accounts for the number of degree-days that elapse between fills.  The average home is delivered 1200-1400 degree-days. Our Auto-fill system generates a delivery ticket for you when your accumulated number of degree-days has reached its degree-day number between fills. Once the fill has taken place your degree-day number starts over at zero. Auto-fill customers are not subject to call out charges if they run out of fuel. Auto-fill customers must be the property owner, and be creditworthy. They also choose from any of our payment plans. Best of all, Auto-fill customers receive the benefits of our Curtis Reward Card Program!

Will Call - customers on will call watch the fuel level and call when they need a delivery.  We recommend calling when your gauge is at 20% for propane or 1/4 of a tank for oil.  The delivery will be made while we are doing a regular route, normally within 5 business days.


Deliveries that need to be made sooner will be charged a $50 during regular business hour or $150 after hours or weekends.
